Yes. Tap N Bite is completely free for all restaurants. We may introduce paid plans in the future, but existing users will be informed well in advance.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their mobile browser—no app download required.
Can I turn off delivery or takeaway?
Absolutely. From your admin panel, you can decide whether to accept delivery, takeaway, and eat here orders, and change this at any time.
What happens when my restaurant is closed?
When you mark your restaurant as closed, new orders are blocked. Guests can still view your menu if they scan the QR code, but they won't be able to place an order.
Can staff use the system without seeing revenue?
Yes. You can add staff accounts that can only manage orders. They cannot change your restaurant details or see financial reports.
